How can I book a delivery?

How can I pay for a delivery?

Card payments – Our couriers carry a mobile card reader, secure payments can be made when your delivery arrives.
Cash – We are happy to accept cash, exact change is preferred.
Bank transfer – For our regular customers and business partners we can send a monthly invoice.

I’m unsure how much a delivery will cost, can you help?

Yes, you can use our delivery price calculator here, or feel free to contact us. We are happy to give you the quote by phone/email.

I’m unsure which delivery zone I am in, can you help?

Yes, search your address (top left) on our delivery zone map here. Alternatively, contact us and we will let you know.

Can you deliver my “click&collect” shopping?

Yes, of course. Our usual delivery rates apply.

Can you purchase items on my behalf and deliver them to me?

Yes, we will purchase up to 10 items and deliver them to you. This service costs £6.00 + the cost of the items.

Can I receive a delivery confirmation?

Yes, when booking provide us with an email address and we will send a confirmation once the order has been delivered.

Are you able to offer proof of delivery?

Yes, using our logistics software we can take a digital signature and photo confirmation. Please let us know if you require this when booking a delivery.
